| Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego ESPI nr 56/2020, niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 31 stycznia 2022 Emitent podjął decyzję o dokonaniu przedterminowej spłaty szóstej raty wynikającej z zatwierdzonego w dniu 5 listopada 2020 układu w przyspieszonym postępowaniu układowym dotyczącym Spółki. Rata kapitałowa na jedną szt. obligacji wynosi 85,00 PLN, a wynikające z układu odsetki 7,37 PLN. Rata wraz z odsetkami zostanie wypłacona obligatariuszom obligacji serii A w dniu 15 lutego 2022. Zgodnie z układem, pierwotna data zapłaty szóstej raty układowej przypadała na dzień 21 marca 2022. Dokonanie wcześniejszej spłaty kolejnej raty układowej nie powoduje zmiany terminu płatności pozostałych. |

(hereinafter: "Company", "Issuer"), with reference to the current report of ESPI No. 56/2020, hereby informs that on January 31, 2022, the Issuer decided to make an early repayment of the sixth installment resulting from the approved on November 5, 2020 arrangement in accelerated arrangement proceedings concerning the Company.</font></span> </b> </p> <p dir="ltr" align="justify" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt"> <b charset="utf-8" id="docs-internal-guid-04a05f99-7fff-bb0f-9928-e0e75926ab29"><span style="font-variant: normal; white-space: pre-wrap"><font size="10pt" face="Lato,sans-serif" color="#1f497d">The capital installment for one bond is PLN 85.00, and the interest resulting from the arrangement is PLN 7.37. The installment will be paid to the bondholders of series A bonds on February 15, 2022.
