| Zarząd TVN S.A. ("TVN", “Spółka") informuje o podpisaniu w dniu dzisiejszym umowy ("Umowa rozwiązująca") pomiędzy Orange Polska S.A. ("Orange Polska") i TVN o rozwiązaniu długoterminowej ramowej umowy o współpracy ("Umowa ramowa"), dotyczącej wzajemnego oferowania produktów i usług oraz współtworzenia nowych ofert i usług, o której Spółka informowała w raporcie bieżącym nr 95/2010, opublikowanym 14 października 2010 roku. Umowa rozwiązująca wchodzi w życie w dniu podpisania ze skutkiem od dnia 1 stycznia 2012 r. Jednocześnie, współpraca między Orange Polska i platformą satelitarną "nc+", m.in. w zakresie dostarczania treści telewizyjnych dla klientów Orange Polska, będzie kontynuowana na podstawie odrębnych porozumień oraz umów między Orange Polska i ITI Neovision (jednostką zarządzającą platformą satelitarną nc+), które zostały zawarte w wyniku realizacji postanowień Umowy ramowej. |

| The Management Board of TVN S.A. (“TVN”, the “Company”) informs about the signing today of an agreement (the “Termination Agreement”) between Orange Polska S.A. (“Orange Polska”) and TVN relating to the termination of the long-term framework cooperation agreement (the “Framework Agreement”) for a reciprocal exchange of their respective offerings and services and for the joint creation of new offerings and services, about which the Company informed in a current report no. 95/2010 issued on October 14, 2010.The Termination Agreement enters into force on the date of signing with effect from January 1, 2012.At the same time, cooperation between Orange Polska and ‘nc+’ satellite platform, among others related to the delivery of TV content for Orange Polska customers, will be continued, based on other agreements and arrangements between Orange Polska and ITI Neovision (a management entity of nc+ satellite platform) which were signed as a result of execution of the Framework Agreement. |
