The Board of Directors of Trophy Holding Nyrt. ("the Company") informs that Tamás dr. Szimornyi has resigned from the Membership - and consequently from the Chairmanship - of the Board of Directors and announced it to the Company on the 8th of December 2016. The reason is the decisive loss in confidence of Mr. dr. Szimornyi with regard to the other Members of the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive; furthermore the fact that Mr. dr. Szimornyi has not been supported in his best efforts to facilitate the consolidation of the state of the Company.
The resignation is in effect from the day of this present report, as the compulsory number of Members of the Board of Directors is secured. Mr. dr. Szimornyi is however ready to facilitate the proper convening, managing and reporting of the announced next extraordinary General Meeting to be held on the 07th of Jan 2017, in the hope of the to be born decisions for the consolidation of the Company issues.
