The original reports for Q1 and Q2 gave a total loss of zł.37.8 million. The company also announced further write-offs amounting to at least zł.27 million in H2. Annual costs of the firm should decrease by as much as zł.75 million if it manages to implement the restructuring program prepared by the new management board.

"We shall continue some elements of CoLorado [the restructuring program approved by the previous management board], but we shall give up some of the proposals," said Sygnity CEO Piotr Kardach. The firm will continue boosting productivity, improving the effectiveness of its offers and making better use of internal resources. "We want to simplify organizational structure of the group," declared the president. Sygnity also announced that some smaller subsidiaries will be consolidated, while the unprofitable units will be liquidated or sold, but he did not specify the potentially threatened entities. In total the firm will sack 500 of its 3,600 employees. The firm should become profitable in 2008.
