| W nawiązaniu do raportów bieżących nr 5/2018, 10/2018, 18/2018 i 20/2018, dotyczących m.in. przeniesienia siedziby Serinus Energy INC („Spółka”) z Calgary w Kanadyjskiej prowincji Alberta na Jersey (Wyspy Normandzkie) („Kontynuacja”) Kierownictwo Spółki informuje, że w dniu dzisiejszym Spółka wystąpiła do Zarządu Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. o zawieszenie notowań akcji Spółki na okres trzech dni sesyjnych, tj. od dnia 8 maja 2018 r. do dnia 10 maja 2018 r. (łącznie z obiema tymi datami). Zawieszenie notowań związane jest z nadaniem akcjom Spółki, w związku z procesem Kontynuacji, nowego numeru ISIN. Przewiduje się, że ostatnim dniem notowania akcji Spółki pod dotychczasowym numerem ISIN będzie 7 maja 2018 r., a notowania akcji Spółki oznaczonych nowym numerem ISIN zostaną wznowione dnia 11 maja 2018 r. |

| Current Report No. 21/2018Date: 2018-05-04Issuer’s trading name: SERINUS ENERGY PLC Title: Filing an application for suspension of trading in Serinus shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange with regard to change of Serinus’ registered office and the ISIN number Legal basis: Art. 17(1) MAR – inside information Content:Referring to current reports No. 5/2018, 10/2018, 18/2018 and 20/2018, pertaining in particular to the change of the registered office of Serinus Energy INC. (the “Company”) from Calgary in the Canadian province of Alberta to Jersey (Channel Islands) (the “Continuance”) the Management of the Company informs that today the Company has applied to the Warsaw Stock Exchange to suspend the trading in its shares for a period of three business days, i.e. from 8 May 2018 until 10 May 2018 (including both said dates). The suspension of the trading is connected with a new ISIN number to be assigned to the Company’s shares in respect of the Continuance procedure. It is envisaged that the last day when the Company’s shares are traded under the current ISIN shall be 7 May 2018 and that the trading of the Company’s shares under the new ISIN shall be continued starting from 11 May 2018. |
