| Zarząd spółki Ronson Development SE („Emitent”) przekazuje wstępną informację o liczbie sprzedanych i przekazanych lokali przez spółki z grupy Ronson w pierwszym kwartale 2024 roku: 1.Liczba lokali sprzedanych w pierwszym kwartale 2024 roku wynosi 170 lokali, w tym 60 lokali zostało sprzedanych w projekcie Ursus Centralny, 57 lokali w projekcie Miasto Moje oraz 14 lokali w projekcie Zielono Mi. 2.Liczba lokali przekazanych klientom w pierwszym kwartale roku 2024 wynosi 194 lokale, w tym 146 lokali zostało przekazanych w projekcie Ursus Centralny, 20 lokali w projekcie Eko Falenty, 11 lokali w projekcie Miasto Moje. Emitent wyjaśnia, że ostateczne dane operacyjne dotyczące sprzedaży i przekazań lokali zostaną opublikowane we właściwych raportach okresowych. Ponadto Emitent wyjaśnia, że liczba lokali sprzedanych jest to liczba lokali, w stosunku do których zostały zawarte z klientami przedwstępne umowy sprzedaży lub umowy deweloperskie. | Subject: Preliminary information about number of units sold and delivered by the Ronson group companies in first quarter of year 2024 The Management Board of Ronson Development SE (the “Issuer”) announces the preliminary information about number of units sold and delivered by Ronson group companies in first quarter of year 2023: 1. The number of units sold in first quarter of year 2024 amounts to 170 units, out of which 60 units were sold in Ursus Centralny project, 57 units in Miasto Moje project and 14 units in Zielono Mi project. 2. The number of units delivered to customers during first quarter of year 2024 amounts to 194 units, out of which 146 units were delivered in Ursus Centralny project, 20 units in Eko Falenty project, and 11 units in Miasto Moje project. The Issuer explains that the final operational data on the sale and delivery of units will be published in the appropriate periodic reports. The Issuer also explains that the number of sold units is a number of units, for which the preliminary sale agreement or the developer contract was signed with customers.Legal basis Article 17 section 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (the market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC. |
