| Zarząd Play Communications S.A. (“Spółka”) podaje do publicznej wiadomości terminy publikacji raportów okresowych w roku 2018. 1. Skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne: - raport kwartalny za 1 kwartał 2018 – 14 maja 2018 roku; - raport kwartalny za 3 kwartał 2018 – 12 listopada 2018 roku; 2. Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za pierwsze półrocze 2018 roku – 13 sierpnia 2018 roku; 3. Skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2017 rok – 27 lutego 2018 roku. Następnego dnia po publikacji wyników, odbędzie się konferencja telefoniczna z możliwością zadawania pytań. Wyniki będą dostępne na stronie internetowej relacji inwestorskich http://www.playcommunications.com. Dodatkowo Spółka ogłasza, iż nie będzie publikować raportów skonsolidowanych kwartalnych za 4 kwartał 2017 roku ani za 2 kwartał 2018 roku. |

| Schedule of Play Communications S.A. results announcements in calendar year 2018 The board of directors of Play Communications S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces the publication dates of periodic reports in the year 2018. 1. Consolidated quarterly reports: - quarterly report for Q1 2018 – May 14, 2018; - quarterly report for Q3 2018 – November 12, 2018; 2. Consolidated semi-annual report for H1 2018 – August 13, 2018; 3. Consolidated annual report for 2017 – February 27, 2018. On the day following the publication of results there will be a conference call including an opportunity for Q&A. The results will be available on the Investor Relations website http://www.playcommunications.com. The Company also announces that it will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2017 or a consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2018.
