PKN offer to attract retail investors
The Treasury Ministry hopes that the secondary offering of fuel producer PKN Orlen shares will attract small investors. Subscription for 20%-30% of PKN stocks will start on June 16 and last until June 29. The offer price will be set on June 30 and share allocation will take place at a special bourse session on July 1. The trading on WSE will commence on July 7. Retail investors would be able to buy 35% of the main offering, with the treasury holding an option to shift up to 20% of the institutional tranche to small investors batch. They will be offered 10% discount, also.
