| Zarząd Pfleiderer Group S.A. („Spółka”) informuje, że Pfleiderer Deutschland GmbH z siedzibą w Neumarkt, Niemcy (“Pfleiderer”), spółka zależna od Spółki, otrzymała od syndyka Alno AG, dawnego klienta Pfleiderer, pismo w którym syndyk Alno AG zgłasza roszczenia przeciwko Pfleiderer w kwocie 19.346.327 EUR. Syndyk Alno AG kwestionuje płatności wynikające z kontraktów handlowych, dokonane przez Alno AG na rzecz Pfleiderer po dacie 30 czerwca 2014 r. do daty otwarcia postępowania upadłościowego w dniu 1 października 2017 r. i zgłasza roszczenia o zwrot przez Pfleiderer na rzecz syndyka Alno AG płatności w wyżej wskazanej kwocie. Pfleiderer dokonuje obecnie oceny podstawy prawnej i zasadności wyżej opisanych roszczeń. Niniejszy raport został sporządzony zgodnie z przepisami art. 17 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 r. w sprawie nadużyć na rynku (rozporządzenie w sprawie nadużyć na rynku) oraz uchylające dyrektywę 2003/6/WE Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady i dyrektywy Komisji 2003/124/WE, 2003/125/WE i 2004/72/WE. |

| Subject: Receiving by Pfleiderer Deutchland GmbH the letter from the insolvency administrator of Alno AG with the claims for payment Current Report No. 26/2018 The Managament Board of Pfleiderer Group S.A. (“Company”) informs that Pfleiderer Deutschland GmbH with its registered office in Neumarkt, Germany (“Pfleiderer”), a subsidiary of the Company, received the letter from the insolvency administrator of Alno AG, former client of Pfleiderer, in which the insolvency administrator submitted the claims against Pfleiderer amounting to EUR 19,346,327. The insolvency administrator of Alno AG contests the payments resulting from the commercial contracts, made by Alno AG to Pfleiderer after 30 June 2014 until opening the insolvency proceeding on 1 October 2017, and requests the return of the payments in the above-mentioned amount by Pfleiderer to the insolvency administrator of Alno AG. Pfleiderer is currently verifying the legal basis and merits of the above described claims. This report was prepared pursuant to Article 17 Section 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and on repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC. |
