(the “Company") informs that on 14 April 2016, Mr. Dariusz Prończuk, the member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, submitted a letter of resignation from his office of the member of the Supervisory Board of the Company. In accordance with and pursuant to Section 59(5) of the Act No. 90/2012 Coll., the Commercial Corporations Act, Mr. Dariusz Prończuk's office of the member of the Supervisory Board of the Company terminates as of the moment the General Meeting will be able to discuss it on its earliest session. |
