| Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Financial Instruments Market Act (ZTFI), and the Corporate Governance Code of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and Warsaw Stock Exchange, the company Gorenje, d.d., Velenje, hereby makes the following announcement: Gorenje, d.d., is planning a fourth issue of commercial papers with expected issue size in the amount approximately up to EUR 30 million, with start of interest accrual date February 3, 2016 and maturity date December 22, 2016. Gorenje will use the proceeds from the commercial papers issue for diversification of short-term financing, primarily for financing the seasonal operations, in accordance with the interim cash flow dynamics, and optimization of funding costs. The company is presenting detailed information on the issue of commercial papers at a meeting with potential investors held today, January 18, 2016. Please find a presentation of Gorenje as the issuer and the issue of commercial papers attached herewith.
