| Działając na podstawie § 103 ust. 1 rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 lutego 2009 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych […] (Rozporządzenie) Zarząd Euromark Polska S.A. (Emitent) przedstawia terminy przekazywania do publicznej wiadomości raportów okresowych w roku obrotowym 2010/2011. Zarząd Euromark Polska S.A. przypomina, że zgodnie z uchwałą nr 3 Nadzwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia Euromark Polska S.A. z dnia 18 stycznia 2010 r. w sprawie zmiany Statutu Spółki nastąpiło przesunięcie roku obrotowego Emitenta. Po dokonaniu w Krajowym Rejestrze Sądowym w dniu 2 lutego 2010 r. rejestracji Statutu w powyższym zakresie, rok obrotowy Euromark Polska S.A. rozpoczyna się w dniu 1 września, a kończy w dniu 31 sierpnia roku następnego. W związku z powyższym, pierwszy po zmianie rok obrotowy rozpoczął się w dniu 1 marca 2010 r. i zakończy się w dniu 31 sierpnia 2011 r., trwał będzie 18 miesięcy. Jednocześnie Zarząd Euromark Polska S.A. podtrzymuje oświadczenie złożone w raporcie bieżącym nr 10/2006 z dnia 4 października 2006 r. o przekazywaniu rozszerzonych skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych zawierających skrócone kwartalne sprawozdanie finansowe, o którym mowa w § 83 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia (kwartalna informacja finansowa). Jednocześnie zgodnie z § 83 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia Zarząd Euromark Polska S.A. informuje, że w rozszerzonym skonsolidowanym raporcie półrocznym zawarte będzie półroczne skrócone jednostkowe sprawozdanie finansowe. Zgodnie z § 101 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Emitent podjął decyzję o rezygnacji z publikacji raportu za II kwartał roku obrotowego 2010/2011. W związku z powyższym, terminy publikacji raportów okresowych w roku obrotowym zaczynającym się z dniem 1 marca 2010 r. i kończącym się z dniem 31 sierpnia 2011 r. przedstawiały się będą następująco: I. Rozszerzone skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne: 1. Skonsolidowany rozszerzony raport kwartalny (QSr) za IV kwartał roku obrotowego 2009/2010 – 29 kwietnia 2010 r. 2. Skonsolidowany rozszerzony raport kwartalny (QSr) za I kwartał roku obrotowego 2010/2011 – 15 lipca 2010 r. 3. Skonsolidowany rozszerzony raport kwartalny (QSr) za III kwartał roku obrotowego 2010/2011 – 14 stycznia 2011 r. 4. Skonsolidowany rozszerzony raport kwartalny (QSr) za IV kwartał roku obrotowego 2010/2011 – 14 kwietnia 2011 r. 5. Skonsolidowany rozszerzony raport kwartalny (QSr) za V kwartał roku obrotowego 2010/2011 – 15 lipca 2011 r. II. Raport półroczny: Skonsolidowany rozszerzony raport półroczny (PSr) za I półrocze roku obrotowego 2010/2011 – 2 listopada 2010 r. III. Raporty roczne: Jednostkowy raport roczny Euromark Polska S.A. (R) za rok obrotowy 2009/2010 – 30 czerwca 2010 r. Skonsolidowany raport roczny Grupy Kapitałowej (RS) za rok obrotowy 2009/2010 – 30 czerwca 2010 r. |

| Pursuant to § 103 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19th February 2009 on the current and periodic information to be published by the issuers of securities, the Management Board of Euromark Polska S.A. (the Issuer) hereby announces the schedule of periodic reports to be published in the financial year 2010/2011. The Management Board of Euromark Polska S.A. would like to remind that in accordance with the resolution No. 3 of the Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting of Euromark Polska S.A. dated 18th January 2010 concerning amendment of the Company’s Statute, it was decided to introduce a shift into the Issuer’s financial year. Having registered the Statute in the aforementioned scope in the National Court Register on 2nd February 2010, the financial year of Euromark Polska S.A. commences on 1st September and finishes on 31st August next year. With reference to the above, the first financial year that will last for 18 months, following introduction of the amendment, commenced on 1st March 2010 and shall finish on 31st August 2011. Simultaneously, the Management Board of Euromark Polska S.A. maintains the statement placed in the current report No. 10/2006 on 4th October 2006 on publishing consolidated extended quarterly reports which contain abridged quarterly financial information pursuant to § 83 section 1 of the Regulation (quarterly financial information). By the same means, pursuant to § 83 section 3 of the aforementioned Regulation, the Management Board of Euromark Polska S.A. informs that the extended consolidated half – year report will also include the abridged half – year stand alone financial statements. In compliance with § 101 section 2 of the Regulation, the Issuer decided to depart from publishing the report for Q2 of the financial year 2010/2011. Thereby, the dates for publication of periodic reports throughout the financial year commencing on 1st March 2010 and finishing on 31st August 2011 are as presented below: I. Extended consolidated quarterly reports: 1. Extended consolidated quarterly report (QSr) for Q4 of the financial year 2009/2010 – 29th April 2010 2. Extended consolidated quarterly report (QSr) for Q1 of the financial year 2010/2011 – 15th July 2010 3. Extended consolidated quarterly report (QSr) for Q3 of the financial year 2010/2011 – 14th January 2011 4. Extended consolidated quarterly report (QSr) for Q4 of the financial year 2010/2011 – 14th April 2011 5. Extended consolidated quarterly report (QSr) for Q5 of the financial year 2010/2011 – 15th July 2011 II. Half-year report: Extended consolidated half-year report (PSr) for H1 of the financial year 2010/2011 – 2nd November 2010 III. Annual report: Euromark Polska S.A. stand alone annual report (R) for the financial year 2009/2010 – 30th June 2010 Consolidated annual report of the Capital Group (RS) for the financial year 2009/2010 – 30th June 2010 |
