| Zarząd CD PROJEKT S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka"), zgodnie z § 80 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim ("Rozporządzenie"), podaje do publicznej wiadomości terminy przekazywania raportów okresowych w 2024 roku: Raport okresowy za rok 2023: - Jednostkowy oraz skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2023 - 28 marca 2024 r. Raporty okresowe za rok 2024: - Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2024 - 28 maja 2024 r. - Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2024 - 28 sierpnia 2024 r. - Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2024 - 26 listopada 2024 r. Jednocześnie Zarząd Spółki informuje, iż zgodnie z § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Spółka nie będzie publikować raportów kwartalnych za IV kwartał 2023 roku oraz za II kwartał 2024 roku. Ponadto, zgodnie z § 62 ust. 1 i 3 Rozporządzenia, Spółka informuje, iż w raportach skonsolidowanych kwartalnych i półrocznym zawarte będą odpowiednio kwartalne i półroczne skrócone jednostkowe sprawozdania finansowe. Tym samym Spółka nie będzie przekazywać odrębnych jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych oraz odrębnego jednostkowego raportu półrocznego. |
