| Zarząd Berg Holding S.A. z siedzibą w Katowicach [Spółka, Emitent] informuje, iż spółka zależna od Emitenta, tj. NETSU S.A. [NETSU, Spółka zależna] w dniu 16 sierpnia 2021 r. ukończyła prace związane z rozpoczęciem sprzedaży pomp ciepła marki NETSU, tj. FEHU SPLIT oraz URUZ MONOBLOK na platformie Amazon w krajach niemieckojęzycznych. Produkty Spółki zależnej będą dostępne w sklepie Amazon dla klientów z adresem z Niemiec oraz Austrii. Zamówienia z Amazon Emitent będzie realizował wysyłając pompy do sortowni w Niemczech, skąd indywidualne przesyłki trafią do lokalnej dystrybucji wewnątrz kraju docelowego. W ocenie Zarządu Emitenta informacja o uruchomieniu sprzedaży na platformie Amazon.de ma charakter informacji poufnej z uwagi na fakt, iż jej realizacja będzie miała istotny wpływ na przychody finansowe Grupy Kapitałowej Emitenta. |

| MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION) | |||
| The Management Board of Berg Holding S.A. with its registered office in Katowice [Company, Issuer] informs that a subsidiary of the Issuer, i.e. NETSU S.A. [NETSU, Subsidiary] on August 16, 2021, completed works related to the star of sales of NETSU heat pumps, i.e. FEHU SPLIT and URUZ MONOBLOK on the Amazon platform in German language counteirs. The Subsidiary's products will be available in the Amazon store for customers with addersses from Germany and Austria. Orders from Amazon will be carried out by the Issuer by sending pumps to a storing plant in Germany, from where individual shipments will go to local distribution within the destination country. In the opinion of the Issuer's Management Board, the information on the launch of sales on the Amazon.de platform is confidential due to the fact that its implementation will have a significant impact on the financial revenues of the Issuer's Capital Group. |
