Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), informuje, że w dniu 26 marca 2025, zawarł z VR Factory Games S.A., z siedzibą w Warszawie, porozumienie dotyczące potencjalnej współpracy , w zakresie przygotowania portu gry Real Boxing 3 (dalej jako: “gra”) odpowiedniego dla urządzeń VR.
Współpraca rozpocznie się od weryfikacji technicznej projektu, która zakończy się w ciągu dwóch miesięcy od zawarcia porozumienia. W wypadku pozytywnego przebiegu weryfikacji strony przystąpią do wyceny i ustalania warunków handlowych współpracy. Zarząd poinformuje o ewentualnym zawarciu umowy produkcyjno-wydawniczej w tym zakresie odrębnym raportem ESPI.
W ocenie Zarządu przygotowanie i dystrybucja portu VR gry może w istotny sposób wpłynąć na wyniki finansowe Spółki w kolejnych okresach i dodatkowo rozszerzy uniwersum marki Real Boxing o kolejne platformy sprzętowe.

	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)
	The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: “the Company”, “the Issuer”), announces that on March 26, 2025 it entered into an agreement with VR Factory Games S.A., based in Warsaw, regarding potential cooperation in the preparation of a port of the game Real Boxing 3 (hereinafter: “the Game”) for VR devices. The cooperation will begin with technical verification of the project, which will be completed within two months of the conclusion of the agreement. In the event of a positive outcome of the verification, the parties will proceed to pricing and setting commercial terms of cooperation. The Management Board will announce the possible conclusion of a production and distribution agreement in this regard by a separate ESPI report. In the opinion of the Management Board, the preparation and distribution of the VR game port may significantly affect the Company's financial results in future periods and contribute to further expansion of the Real Boxing brand universe to other hardware platforms.
