| Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości terminy publikacji raportów okresowych w roku 2025: Raport roczny za rok 2024 – 23. kwietnia 2025 r. Raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2025 – 28. maja 2025 r. Raport półroczny za I półrocze 2025 – 24. września 2025 r. Raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2025 – 19. listopada 2025 r. Jednocześnie Emitent informuje, że na podstawie § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim Emitent nie będzie przekazywał do publicznej wiadomości raportów kwartalnych za drugi i czwarty kwartał roku 2025. |

| The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: "Company", "Issuer"), announces to the public the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2025: Annual report for 2024 - April 23rd, 2025 Quarterly report for the first quarter of 2025 - May 28th, 2025 Semi-annual report for the first half of 2025 - September 24th, 2025 Quarterly report for the third quarter of 2025 - November 19th, 2025 At the same time, the Issuer informs that according to § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state , the Issuer will not publish quarterly reports for the second and fourth quarters of 2025.
