| Zarząd TVN S.A. informuje, że w dniu 28 września 2010 r. otrzymał informację, że spadkobiercy zmarłego Jana Bohdana Wejcherta, zawarli w dniach 27 i 28 września 2010 r. transakcje sprzedaży 3.900.000 (słownie: trzy miliony dziewięćset tysięcy) akcji TVN S.A. z masy spadkowej Jana Bohdana Wejcherta, po cenie 16,8 zł za akcję (transakcja na rynku regulowanym). Tytuł do masy spadkowej mają, między innymi, Aldona Wejchert, członek rady nadzorczej TVN S.A., oraz osoby blisko z nią związane (w rozumieniu art. 160 ust. 2 ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 roku o obrocie instrumentami finansowymi) oraz Jan Łukasz Wejchert, członek zarządu TVN S.A. The Management Board of TVN S.A. (the “Company") hereby reports that on 28 September 2010 it was informed that the estate of the late Jan Bohdan Wejchert placed a total of 3,900,000 (three million, nine hundred thousand) shares in TVN S.A. at the price of PLN 16.8 per share in a transactions on a regulated market on 27 and 28 September 2010. The estate includes Aldona Wejchert, a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board and her close affiliates (within the meaning of Article 160 section 2 of the Act on trading in financial instruments) and Jan Lukasz Wejchert, a member of the Company’s management board. |

| The Management Board of TVN S.A. (the “Company”) hereby reports that on 28 September 2010 it was informed that the estate of the late Jan Bohdan Wejchert placed a total of 3,900,000 (three million, nine hundred thousand) shares in TVN S.A. at the price of PLN 16.8 per share in a transactions on a regulated market on 27 and 28 September 2010. The estate includes Aldona Wejchert, a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board and her close affiliates (within the meaning of Article 160 section 2 of the Act on trading in financial instruments) and Jan Lukasz Wejchert, a member of the Company’s management board. |
