| Kierownictwo SERINUS ENERGY plc („Spółka”, „Serinus”) zawiadamia, że kierownictwa Xtellus Capital Partners, Inc. („Xtellus”) i Serinus osiągnęły porozumienie w sprawie warunków rekomendowanego przejęcia gotówkowego całości wyemitowanego dotychczas i przyszłości kapitału zakładowego Serinus, które ma zostać dokonane przez Xtellus („Przejęcie”). Przejęcie ma zostać zrealizowane w trybie zatwierdzonego przez sąd układu zgodnie z artykułem 125 Prawa spółek obowiązującego na Wyspie Jersey, ze zmianami (ang.
