| Rada Dyrektorów Play Communications S.A. (“Spółka”), niniejszym informuje, że Mikkel Noesgaard został z dniem 1 listopada 2019 roku powołany na Członka Zarządu i dyrektora ds. marketingu w P4 sp. z o.o. („Play”), która jest w pełni zależna od Spółki. Powołanie to jest związane z rezygnacją Michała Sobolewskiego z pełnienia funkcji Członka Zarządu Play odpowiedzialnego za marketing z dniem 7 października 2019 r. Mikkel Noesgaard posiada ponad 15-letnie międzynarodowe doświadczenie w sektorach technologii i telekomunikacji zdobyte na stanowiskach związanych z zarządzaniem sprzedażą, marketingiem i rozwojem biznesu. Przed dołączeniem do Play pracował 7 lat w strukturach jednej z najbardziej renomowanych zdigitalizowanych firm telekomunikacyjnych - Telenor Group, ostatnio na stanowisku Dyrektora ds. Marketingu w Telenor Serbia i Czarnogóra. Mikkel uzyskał tytuł magistra ekonomii biznesu i informatyki na Copenhagen Business School w Danii. |

| 2019-10-07 Current Report No. 30/2019 Appointment of a new Management Board Member in P4 sp. z o.o. The Board of Directors of Play Communications S.A. (the “Company”), hereby informs that Mikkel Noesgaards has been appointed as Chief Marketing Officer to the Management Board of P4 sp. z o.o. (“Play”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, effective from November 1, 2019. This appointment reflects upon Michał Sobolewski, the Management Board Member of Play responsible for marketing, stepping down from his function on October 7, 2019. Mikkel Noesgaard has over 15 years of international experience leading sales, marketing and business development within the technology and telecommunication sectors. Prior to joining Play, he spent 7 years in Telenor Group, one of North Europe’s most reputable digital telecommunications companies, and recently as Chief Marketing Officer in Telenor Serbia and Montenegro. Mikkel holds a master’s degree in business economics and computer science from Copenhagen Business School in Denmark. Legal basis: Art. 17 MAR. |
