(„Spółka”) informuje, że zgodnie z artykułem 8 oraz 9 luksemburskiej ustawy z dnia 11 stycznia 2008 r. w sprawie obowiązku przejrzystości, w dniu 4 kwietnia 2019 r. otrzymała powiadomienie o transakcji dotyczącej znacznych pakietów akcji, które stanowi załącznik do niniejszego raportu od Investec Asset Management Ltd oraz Investec Asset Management (Pty) Ltd działających wspólnie („Inwestor”). Inwestor zwiększył udział w Spółce do poziomu 5.02% wszystkich akcji. | |||||||||||

(the “Company”) hereby reports that, in line with Articles 8 and 9 of the Luxembourg Law of 11 January 2008 on Transparency Requirements, on April 4, 2019 the Company received the major holdings notification attached hereto as attachment to this report from Investec Asset Management Ltd and Investec Asset Management (Pty) Ltd acting in concert (the “Investor”). The Investor increased the number of voting rights in the Company up to 5.02% of total number of shares.
