| Raport bieżący nr 20/2020 – Powołanie członków Zarządu PKO Banku Polskiego S.A. Podstawa prawna: § 5 pkt 5 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim Treść raportu: Zarząd PKO Banku Polskiego S.A. ("Bank") informuje, że Rada Nadzorcza Banku 27 maja 2020r. podjęła uchwały powołujące na następujące stanowiska w Zarządzie Banku: 1) Pana Zbigniewa Jagiełłę na stanowisko Prezesa Zarządu Banku, 2) Pana Rafała Antczaka na stanowisko Wiceprezesa Zarządu Banku, 3) Pana Rafała Kozłowskiego na stanowisko Wiceprezesa Zarządu Banku, 4) Pana Maksa Kraczkowskiego na stanowisko Wiceprezesa Zarządu Banku, 5) Pana Mieczysława Króla na stanowisko Wiceprezesa Zarządu Banku, 6) Pana Adama Marciniaka na stanowisko Wiceprezesa Zarządu Banku, 7) Pana Piotra Mazura na stanowisko Wiceprezesa Zarządu Banku, 8) Pana Jakuba Papierskiego na stanowisko Wiceprezesa Zarządu Banku, 9) Pana Jana Emeryka Rościszewskiego na stanowisko Wiceprezesa Zarządu Banku. Zgodnie z podjętymi uchwałami wyżej wymienione osoby zostały powołane na wskazane stanowiska w Zarządzie Banku, na kolejną wspólną kadencję Zarządu Banku, rozpoczynającą się z dniem 3 lipca 2020 r. W załączeniu Bank przekazuje informacje o powołanych członkach Zarządu PKO Banku Polskiego S.A. |

| Report No. 20/2020 – Appointment of the Members of PKO Bank Polski S.A. Management Board Legal basis: Paragraph 5 point 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state The report: The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (“Bank”) hereby informs that on 27 May 2020 the Bank’s Supervisory Board adopted resolutions appointing as the members of the Bank’s Management Board: 1) Mr. Zbigniew Jagiełło for the position of the President of the Bank’s Management Board, 2) Mr. Rafał Antczak for the position of the Vice - President of the Bank’s Management Board, 3) Mr. Rafał Kozłowski for the position of the Vice - President of the Bank’s Management Board, 4) Mr. Maks Kraczkowski for the position of the Vice - President of the Bank’s Management Board, 5) Mr. Mieczysław Król for the position of the Vice - President of the Bank’s Management Board, 6) Mr. Adam Marciniak for the position of the Vice - President of the Bank’s Management Board, 7) Mr. Piotr Mazur for the position of the Vice - President of the Bank’s Management Board, 8) Mr. Jakub Papierski for the position of the Vice - President of the Bank’s Management Board 9) Mr. Jan Emeryk Rościszewski for the position of the Vice - President of the Bank’s Management Board. According to the adopted resolutions all above mentioned persons are appointed for the above positions for the next joint term of office of the Bank’s Management Board which will commence on 3 July 2020. The Bank provides information on the appointed members of the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. in the attachment to this report. |
