| Zarząd Magellan S.A. informuje, że w dniu 7 grudnia 2017 roku Spółka podpisała aneksy do dwóch umów kredytowych z Bankiem BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie z dnia 24.03.2017 roku. Przedmiotowe aneksy wydłużają okres dostępności przyznanych limitów kredytowych do dnia 31.05.2018 roku oraz zwiększają wartość limitów w ramach umów: - umowa o kredyt w rachunku bieżącym – do wysokości 20.000 tys. PLN, - umowa o kredyt odnawialny - do wysokości 80.000 tys. PLN. Pozostałe istotne warunki umów nie uległy zmianie i nie odbiegają od standardów rynkowych stosowanych w podobnych umowach kredytowych. |

| Annexes to agreements with bank Magellan S.A. Management Board hereby informs that on 7 December 2017 the Company signed the annexes to two credit agreements dated 24 March 2017 with BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. located in Warsaw. Under the annexes the date of availability of the credit limits was changed to 31 May 2018 and the amounts of the credit limits were increased:- the overdraft facility – to the amount of PLN 20,000 thousand,- the revolving loan – to the amount of PLN 80,000 thousand. Other conditions of the agreements do not differ from the market standards used in this type of contracts. |
