Based on the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d. d., Ljubljana and Article 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 Krka, d. d., Novo mesto announces:

With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2023, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 12 December 2025 up to and including 19 December 2025. Krka acquired 5,515 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,082,552 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 12 December 2025: 942 shares at a VWAP of EUR 199.50,

- on 15 December 2025: 942 shares at a VWAP of EUR 196.98,

- on 16 December 2025: 965 shares at a VWAP of EUR 193.98,

- on 17 December 2025: 997 shares at a VWAP of EUR 192.74,

- on 18 December 2025: 999 shares at a VWAP of EUR 196.75 and

- on 19 December 2025: 670 shares at a VWAP of EUR 198.75.

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

Ilirika d.d., Intercapital d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. Detailed report on acquisition of treasury shares attached.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,429,312 representing 7.408 of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,434,827 representing 7.425% of all shares issued.

The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.krka.biz) from 22 December 2025 onwards, for a minimum period of 5 years.
