INTERCAPITAL PROPERTY: Conclusion of an agreement concerning performance of the tasks of Authorised Adviser

Intercapital Property Development ADSIC with its registered office in Sofia, Bulgaria ("ICPD") announces that on 30 June 2023 it entered into an agreement with an Authorised Adviser, i.e. Łuczynski i Wspólnicy Sp.k. with its registered office in Warsaw, Poland. The purpose of the agreement is to implement the imposed disciplinary measure referred to in § 1(2)(a) of Resolution No. 659/2023 dated 26 June 2023 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board, consisting of the obligation to cooperate with the Authorised Adviser with regard to the fulfilment by ICPD of the disclosure obligations set out in the Alternative Trading System Rules and to monitor the correctness of the fulfilment by ICPD of these obligations, as well as to provide ongoing advice by the Authorised Adviser to ICPD with regard to the functioning of ICPD's financial instruments in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market. The concluded agreement enters into force on 1 July 2023 and is valid until at least 30 June 2024.
