| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 16/2020 z dnia 5 marca 2020 roku dotyczącego m.in. przedterminowego, częściowego wykupu obligacji serii F, Zarząd i2 Development S.A. (dalej: Emitent, Spółka), informuje, iż w dniu 17 marca 2020 roku Zarząd Krajowego Depozytu Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (dalej: KDPW) na wniosek Emitenta przeprowadził operację wycofania z depozytu 64.242 sztuk obligacji serii F Emitenta, o wartości nominalnej 100,00 zł (słownie: sto złotych) każda i łącznej wartości nominalnej 6.424.200,00 zł (słownie: sześć milionów czterysta dwadzieścia cztery tysiące dwieście złotych), w związku z ich umorzeniem. | ||||||||||||

Subject: Withdrawal of series F bonds in connection with their redemption Legal basis: Article 56 para. 1 item 2 of the Act on the offer - current and periodic information With reference to the report no. 16/2020 of March 5, 2020 regarding, among others, early partial redemption od series F bonds, the Management Board of i2 Development S.A. (hereinafter: the Issuer, the Company), informs that on March 17, 2020 the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A., hereinafter: KDPW) at the request of the Issuer conducted an operation to withdraw from the deposit 64.242 series F bonds of the Issuer, with a nominal value of PLN 100.00 (one hundred zlotys) each and the total nominal value of PLN 6,424,200.00 (in words: six million four hundred twenty four thousand two hundred zlotys), in connection with their redemption.
