| Zarząd "Euromark Polska" S.A. (Emitent) w nawiązaniu do polityki rozpoczętej i opisanej w raporcie bieżącym nr 3/2009 z dnia 08 kwietnia 2009 roku informuje, że skonsolidowane wyniki sprzedaży netto Grupy Kapitałowej w grudniu 2009 roku wyniosły 12.272 tysięcy złotych i były wyższe od osiągniętych w grudniu roku ubiegłego o 50,5%. W okresie marzec-grudzień 2009 roku, skonsolidowane wyniki sprzedaży wyniosły 90.176 tysięcy złotych i były wyższe od osiągniętych w analogicznym okresie roku ubiegłego o 8,3%. Jednostkowe wyniki sprzedaży "Euromark Polska" S.A. w grudniu 2009 roku wyniosły 11.358 tysięcy złotych i były wyższe od osiągniętych w grudniu roku ubiegłego o 60,5%. W okresie marzec-grudzień 2009 roku jednostkowe wyniki sprzedaży wyniosły 67.741 tysięcy złotych i były wyższe od osiągniętych w analogicznym okresie roku ubiegłego o 5,5%. W poprzednim miesiącu Zarząd skomentował miesięczne wyniki sprzedaży w sposób następujący: "Spółka wchodzi właśnie w okres sezonowego szczytu sprzedaży i Zarząd jest przekonany, że dzięki zwiększeniu się sieci sprzedaży oraz jeśli warunki pogodowe zgodne będą ze średnią oczekiwaną o tej porze roku, to wartość sprzedaży swobodnie przekroczy poziom z zeszłego roku dla pełnego roku obrotowego Spółki, który kończy się 28 lutego 2010 r." Zatem obecnie Zarząd z przyjemnością informuje, że zimowe warunki pogodowe obserwowane w grudniu 2009 umożliwiły Spółce osiągnięcie sprzedaży większej o ponad 60% w porównaniu z grudniem poprzedniego roku. Jednocześnie Emitent przypomina, iż pełna informacja nt. wyników finansowych osiągniętych w perspektywie okresu obejmującego miesiące marzec-grudzień 2009 roku zaprezentowana zostanie w raportach okresowych za trzeci i czwarty kwartał roku obrotowego 2009/2010, publikacja pierwszego z nich przewidziana jest na dzień 14 stycznia, a drugiego w ostatnich dniach kwietnia 2010 r. |

| The Management Board of "Euromark Polska" S.A. (Issuer) in connection with the information policy started and described in the current report no. 3/2009 dated 8th of April 2009 informs that consolidated sales results of the Capital Group in December 2009 amounted to 12,272 thousand PLN and were higher than results reached in December in the previous year by 50,5%. Consolidated sales results for the period March-December 2009 amounted to 90,176 thousand PLN and were higher than in the same period last year by 8.3%. Stand-alone sales results of „Euromark Polska” S.A. in December 2009 amounted to 11,358 thousand PLN and were 60.5% higher than results reached in December in the previous year. Stand-alone sales results for the period March-December 2009 amounted to 67,741 thousand PLN and were higher than in the same period last year by 5.5%. Last month the Management Board commented on the sales results as follows: “The company is approaching the time of year when sales reach a seasonal peak and the Management Board is confident due to the sales network growth that if weather patterns conform to average expectation for this period sales will comfortably exceed prior year levels for the full financial year which ends at 28 February 2010.” The Management Board is pleased therefore to report that the cold weather conditions experienced in December 2009, compared with the previous year have enabled the company to report a sales increase in the month of more than 60%. At the same time the Issuer reminds that full information concerning financial results reached in the period March-December 2009 will be presented in the financial statement for the third and fourth quarter of the financial year 2009/2010, which shall be published respectively on 14th January 2010 and at the end of April 2010. |
