| Zarząd Agora S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”, „Agora”) w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 1/2023 z dnia 18 stycznia 2023 r. w sprawie odpisu aktualizującego wartość aktywów koryguje treść raportu w zakresie braku wpływu odpisu aktualizującego na wynik netto Spółki w czwartym kwartale 2022 r. Skorygowana treść raportu bieżącego: Zarząd Agory S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka" lub "Agora") informuje, iż zgodnie z wymogami Międzynarodowych Standardów Sprawozdawczości Finansowej Grupa Agora ("Grupa") jest w trakcie weryfikowania wyceny swoich aktywów m.in. w oparciu o długoterminowe prognozy finansowe poszczególnych segmentów Grupy. Prowadzone analizy wykazały konieczność dokonania odpisu w segmencie Prasa Cyfrowa i Drukowana. Kwota odpisu ma wpływ na wynik netto Grupy Agora w czwartym kwartale 2022 r. Odpis aktualizujący dotyczy wartości goodwill przypisanego do segmentu Prasa Cyfrowa i Drukowana. Wpływ tego odpisu na skonsolidowany wynik netto Grupy Agora to 43,4 mln zł. Jednostkowa wartość pozostałych odpisów nie jest istotna z punktu widzenia Spółki i Grupy Agora. Wszystkie powyższe dane są wstępnymi, niezaudytowanymi danymi szacunkowymi i mogą ulec zmianie w toku finalizowania prac nad sprawozdaniami finansowymi za 2022 r. Dodatkowe informacje na temat odpisów aktualizujących Spółka przedstawi w sprawozdaniu finansowym za 2022 r. Jednocześnie Spółka informuje, że szacowany odpis ma charakter jednorazowy i niepieniężny oraz nie wpłynie na sytuację płynnościową Spółki i Grupy ani na jej zamierzenia strategiczne. | Correction of the regulatory filing no. 1/2023 (Impairment of assets) Regulatory filing Management Board of Agora S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Company", "Agora"), with reference to the current report no. 1/2023 of January 18, 2023 on impairment of assets corrects the content of the regulatory filing in terms of the lack of impact of the impairment loss on the net results of the Company in the fourth quarter of 2022. Corrected content of the report: The Management Board of Agora S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (“Company”, “Agora”) hereby informs that the Agora Group ("the Group") is in the process of verifying the valuation of its assets in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards, inter alia on the basis of an analysis of long-term financial forecasts for all of the business segments of the Group. The above mentioned analyses show the necessity to incur impairment loss of assets in the Digital and Printed Press segment. The amount of the above mentioned impairment has an impact on the net results of Agora Group in the fourth quarter of 2022. The impairment loss of assets concerns the amount of goodwill related to the Digital and Printed Press segment. Its impact on the net result of the Agora Group amounted to PLN 43.4 mio. The individual value of the remaining impairment losses is not significant from the Company’s and the Group’s perspective. All of the above data are preliminary, non-audited estimates and may change during the finalization of work on financial statements for the fiscal year 2022. The additional information will be provided in the financial statements for the fiscal year 2022. At the same time, the Company informs that the aforementioned impairment loss is one-off and non-cash and does not affect the liquidity of both, the Company and of the Group, or the strategic intentions of Agora S.A.
