| The Board of Directors informs on the approval of the incorporation of two companies in Ukraine, WESTA TRUCK BUTTERY LTD and WESTA CAR BUTTERY LTD. The share capital of each company shall be 1 million hryvnas (approximately USD 125 thousand). WESTA DNEPR (CYPRUS) LIMITED, which is a direct subsidiary of WESTA ISIC S.A., shall be 100% owner of both companies. The companies will be incorporated to structure and enhance batteries sales. Legal grounds: Article 56.1 in connection with article 56.6 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on the public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading system and on public companies. |
