Vivendi buys almost 5% of Elektrim
French conglomerate Vivendi bought a 4.88% stake in its Polish partner Elektrim from brokerage Wood & Co. in off-session transaction. In a brief statement it said that the investment is aimed at strengthening Vivendi's presence in the Polish telecommunication market and ties with its current partner.
