| Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), informuje, że w dniu 12 lutego 2024 Emitent dokonał szacunkowego ustalenia wstępnych wyników finansowych Spółki za styczeń 2024 roku. Przychody ze sprzedaży za styczeń 2024 roku spodziewane są na poziomie 1,32 mln PLN. Wynik brutto na poziomie -0,17 mln PLN, wynik netto na poziomie -0,17 mln PLN. Stan środków pieniężnych na rachunkach bankowych Spółki na koniec stycznia 2024 wynosił 0,7 mln PLN, przy wykorzystaniu 2,6 mln PLN z posiadanej linii kredytowej. EBITDA wynosi 0,14 mln PLN. Zarząd informuje, że niniejszy raport zawiera dane wstępne, które mogą różnić się od danych ostatecznych. Dane za rok 2024 będą podlegały weryfikacji zarówno wewnętrznej jak i w procesie badania przez biegłego rewidenta. Ostateczna informacja o wyniku oraz przychodach ze sprzedaży uwzględniająca dane za wskazany okres zostanie zamieszczona w raportach okresowych Spółki, w tym w sprawozdaniu rocznym za rok 2024. |

| The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the "Company", "Issuer"), informs that on February 12th, 2024, the Issuer made an estimated determination of the Company's preliminary financial results for January 2024. Sales revenue for January 2024 is expected at PLN 1.32 million. The gross result at PLN -0.17 million, net result at the level of PLN -0.17 million. The cash balance in the Company's bank accounts at the end of January 2024 amounted to PLN 0.7 million, using PLN 2.6 million from the credit line. EBITDA is on the level of PLN 0.14 million. The Management Board informs that this report contains preliminary data, which may differ from the final data. Data for 2024 will be verified both internally and in the audit process by a statutory auditor, and the final information on the result and sales revenues, taking into account the data for the indicated period, will be presented in periodic reports, including the annual report for 2024.
