| Zarząd Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), w nawiązaniu do informacji przekazanych raportem bieżącym nr 21/2023 z 12 czerwca 2023 informuje, że aktualizacji ulegają dane finansowe przedstawione w ww. raporcie bieżącym. Aktualizacja wynika z faktu, że Spółka otrzymała od jednej z platform dystrybucyjnych zapłatę za dystrybucję gier w maju 2023 w wysokości wyższej od przychodu uwzględnionego wcześniej w prognozie. Zmiana wynika głównie z korzystnych dla Emitenta różnic kursowych. W związku z istotnym wpływem na wyniki Spółki za maj 2023, Zarząd postanowił o przekazaniu aktualizacji do publicznej wiadomości Zaktualizowane dane szacunkowe: Jest: Przychody ze sprzedaży za maj 2023 roku spodziewane są na poziomie 2,20 mln PLN. Wynik brutto na poziomie 0,25 mln PLN, wynik netto na poziomie 0,25 mln PLN. Narastająco za pięć miesięcy 2023 roku Emitent spodziewa się następujących wyników: przychody ze sprzedaży na poziomie 10,09 mln PLN, wynik brutto na poziomie 0,55 mln PLN, wynik netto na poziomie 0,55 mln PLN i EBITDA na poziomie 1,99 mln PLN. Było: Przychody ze sprzedaży za maj 2023 roku spodziewane są na poziomie 2,09 mln PLN. Wynik brutto na poziomie 0,18 mln PLN, wynik netto na poziomie 0,18 mln PLN. Narastająco za pierwsze pięć miesięcy 2023 roku Emitent spodziewa się następujących wyników: przychody ze sprzedaży na poziomie 9,98 mln PLN, wynik brutto na poziomie 0,48 mln PLN, wynik netto na poziomie 0,48 mln PLN i EBITDA na poziomie 1,92 mln PLN. |

| The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: "the Company", "the Issuer"), with reference to the information provided in current report No. 21/2023 dated June 12, 2023, announces an update to the financial data presented in the aforementioned current report. The update is due to the fact that the Company received a payment from one of the distribution platforms for the distribution of games in May 2023 in an amount higher than the revenues previously included in the forecast. The change is mainly due to exchange rate differences favorable to the Issuer. Due to the significant impact on the Company's results for May 2023, the Board of Directors has decided to make the forecast update public. Updated estimates: Is: Sales revenue for May 2023 is expected to be PLN 2.20 million. Gross profit of PLN 0.25 million, net profit of PLN 0.25 million. Cumulatively for five months of 2023. The issuer expects the following results: sales revenues of PLN 10.09 million, gross profit of PLN 0.55 million, net profit of PLN 0.55 million and EBITDA of PLN 1.99 millio It was: Sales revenue for May 2023 is expected to be PLN 2.09 million.
