The Management Board of TwigoNet Europe, SE informs of dates for providing periodical reports in financial year 2013: Quarterly reports: 2012 Q4 - 14 February 2013 2013 Q1 - 15 May 2013 2013 Q2 - 14 August 2013 2013 Q3 - 14 November 2013 Annual report: 2012 FY - Date will be announced in seperate current report Legal basis: §14.1 of Exhibit 3 (Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market) to the Alternative Trading System Rules, as adopted by Resolution Nr. 147/2007, dated 1 March 2007, and further amended by resolutions of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board.
