W raporcie Interim Report of TVN Capital Group for the three months ended March 31, 2014 (Q1 2014) z dnia 14 maja 2014 r. zawierającym śródroczne skrócone sprawozdania finansowe za okres trzech miesięcy zakończonych 31 marca 2014 r.; w części "Zmiany liczby posiadanych akcji lub uprawnień do nich przez osoby zarządzające i nadzorujące spółkę TVN S.A." została błędnie wskazana liczba akcji TVN S.A. i opcji posiadanych przez czterech członków zarządu oraz członka rady nadzorczej. W związku z powyższą sytuacją spółka wprowadziła korekty do ww. raportów okresowych. Szczegółowy zakres zmian opisany został w załączniku do niniejszego raportu bieżącego. Pozostałe pozycje wskazanych powyżej raportów kwartalnych nie uległy zmianie. Spółka informuje, iż korekta raportów okresowych zostanie opublikowana w dniu 16 maja 2014 roku |

In such situation the Company amended the above mentioned reports.The detailed scope of the changes is described in the Annex to this current report. The remaining items of the above mentioned reports did not change.The Company informs that corrected interim reports will be published on May 16, 2014. |
