| Zarząd Play Communications S.A. („Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 16 sierpnia 2017 r. otrzymał następujące decyzje Prezesa Urzędu Komunikacji Elektronicznej („Prezes UKE”): 1. Decyzja Prezesa UKE nr DZC.WAP.514.13.2017.19) dotycząca dokonania zmiany podmiotu dysponującego rezerwacją częstotliwości w zakresie 3701-3715 MHz dokonaną na rzecz E-internets sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Częstochowie na podstawie decyzji Prezesa Urzędu Regulacji Telekomunikacji i Poczty („Prezes URTiP”) nr DZC-WDO-5104-7/04 (13) z dnia 28 grudnia 2004 r., zmienioną następnie: decyzją Prezesa URTiP nr DZC-WDO-5104-7/04 (28) z dnia 3 marca 2005 r., decyzją Prezesa URTiP nr DZC-WDO-5104-7/04 (74) z dnia 20 lipca 2005 r., decyzją Prezesa URTiP nr DZC-WDO-5104-7/04 (92) z dnia 21 października 2005 r., decyzją Prezesa URTiP nr DZC-WDO-5104-7/04 (103) z dnia 30 grudnia 2005 r., decyzją Prezesa UKE nr DZC-WDO-5104-7/04 (111) z dnia 6 kwietnia 2011 r., decyzją Prezesa UKE nr DZC-WAP-5174-24/13(44) z dnia 21 maja 2014 r. w części, która dotyczy dokonanej na rzecz Softnet Group sp. z o.o. rezerwacji częstotliwości z zakresu 3701-3715 MHz i decyzją Prezesa UKE nr DZC.WAP.514.40.2016.5 z dnia 2 sierpnia 2016 r. oraz decyzją Prezesa UKE nr DZC.WAP.514.42.2016.10 (DZC-WAP-5174-6/14) z dnia 22 marca 2017 r. („Rezerwacja 1”) poprzez wskazanie, że począwszy od dnia 1 października 2017 podmiotem dysponującym Rezerwacją w całości na obszarze Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej przestaje być Softnet Group sp. z o.o., a staje się nim P4 sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Warszawie, spółka, w której Spółka posiada 100% udziałów. Rezerwacja 1 została wydana na okres do dnia 29 grudnia 2019 r. i zawiera standardowe warunki wykorzystywania częstotliwości. Częstotliwości objęte Rezerwacją 1 wykorzystywane będą w służbie radiokomunikacyjnej stałej lub ruchomej. 2. Decyzja Prezesa UKE nr DZC.WAP.514.14.2017.14 dotycząca dokonania zmiany podmiotu dysponującego rezerwacją częstotliwości w zakresie 3715-3729 MHz dokonaną na rzecz Polskiej Telefonii Cyfrowej sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Warszawie na podstawie decyzji Prezesa URTiP nr DZC-WDO-5104-6/04(13) z dnia 28 grudnia 2004 r., zmienioną następnie: decyzją Prezesa URTiP nr DZC-WDO-5104-6/04(28) z dnia 14 lutego 2005 r., decyzją Prezesa UKE nr DZC-WAP-5106-5/07(26) z dnia 17 czerwca 2008 r., decyzją Prezesa UKE nr DZC-WAP-5108-6/09(13) z dnia 22 grudnia 2009 r., decyzją Prezesa UKE nr DZC-WAP-5174-17/13(44) z dnia 21 maja 2014 r., decyzją Prezesa UKE nr DZC.WAP.514.39.2016.6 z dnia 3 sierpnia 2016 r. oraz decyzją Prezesa UKE nr DZC.WAP.514.41.2016.9 (DZC-WAP-5174-5/14) z dnia 22 marca 2017 r. („Rezerwacja 2”) poprzez wskazanie, że począwszy od dnia 1 października 2017 podmiotem dysponującym Rezerwacją w całości na obszarze Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej przestaje być Softnet Group sp. z o.o., a staje się nim P4 sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Warszawie, spółka, w której Spółka posiada 100% udziałów. Rezerwacja 2 została wydana na okres do dnia 29 grudnia 2019 r. i zawiera standardowe warunki wykorzystywania częstotliwości. Częstotliwości objęte Rezerwacją 2 wykorzystywane będą w służbie radiokomunikacyjnej stałej lub ruchomej. Częstotliwości zostaną wykorzystane w celu: (i) maksymalizacji dostępnej pojemności i użyteczności dla MBB przy wykorzystaniu technologii 4G; oraz (ii) maksymalizacji wykorzystania zasobów częstotliwościowych dla technologii 5G. Ponadto re-farming tych pasm powinny zapewnić ochronę istniejącego portfela częstotliwości. Spółka jest zadowolona z możliwości włączenia tych częstotliwości do silnego już portfolio. |

| Decision on a frequency assignment The board of directors of Play Communications S.A. (the “Company”) hereby reports that on 16 August 2017 it received the following decision from the President of the Office of Electronic Communications (“UKE President”): 1. 1. Decision of the UKE President no. DZC.WAP.514.13.2017.19 concerning change of entity having a frequency reservation in the range of 3701-3715 MHz made to E-internets sp. z o.o. with its seat in Czestochowa, pursuant to the decision of the President of the Office of Telecommunications and Post Regulation (“President of URTiP”) No. DZC-WDO-5104-7 / 04 (13) dated 28 December 2004, subsequently amended by the decision of the President of URTiP DZC-WDO -5104-7 / 04 (28) dated 3 March 2005, decision of the President of URTiP No. DZC-WDO-5104-7 / 04 (74) dated 20 July 2005, decision of the President of URTiP No. DZC-WDO-5104 -7/04 (92) dated October 21, 2005, decision of the President of URTiP No. DZC-WDO-5104-7 / 04 (103) of 30 December 2005, decision of the President of UKE No. DZC-WDO-5104-7 / 04 (111) of 6 April 2011, by the decision of the President of UKE No. DZC-WAP-5174-24 / 13 (44) of 21 May 2014 in the part concerning Softnet Group sp. z o.o. Frequency reservation decision in the range of 3701-3715 MHz and Decision of the President of UKE No. DZC.WAP.514.40.2016.5 of 2 August 2016 and Decision of the President of UKE No. DZC.WAP.514.42.2016.10 (DZC-WAP-5174-6 / 14) Of 22 March 2017 (“the Reservation 1”) by indicating that from the date of 1 October 2017 the entity holding the Reservation 1 in its entirety within the territory of the Republic of Poland ceases to be Softnet Group sp. z o.o. and becomes P4 sp. z o.o. with its seat in Warsaw, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The Reservation 1 was issued for a period ending on December 29, 2019, and includes standard terms of use. Frequencies covered by the Reservation 1 will be used in the fixed or mobile radiocommunication service. 2. 2. Decision of the UKE President no. DZC.WAP.514.14.2017.14 concerning change of entity having a frequency reservation in the range of 3715-3729 MHz made to Polskie Telefonia Cyfrowa sp. z o.o. with its seat in Warsaw, pursuant to the decision of the President of URTiP No. DZC-WDO-5104-6 / 04 (13) dated 28 December 2004, subsequently amended by the decision of the President of URTiP DZC-WDO -5104-6 / 04 (28) dated 14 February 2005, decision of the President of UKE No. DZC-WAP-5106-5 / 07 (26) of 17 June 2008, decision of the President of UKE No. DZC-WAP-5108 -6/09 (13) of 22 December 2009, the decision of the President of UKE No. DZC-WAP-5174-17 / 13 (44) of 21 May 2014, the decision of the President of UKE No. DZC.WAP.514.39.2016.6 dated 3 August 2016 and the decision of the President of UKE no. DZC.WAP.514.41.2016.9 (DZC-WAP-5174-5 / 14) dated 22 March 2017 (“the Reservation 2”) by indicating that from the of 1 October 2017, the entity holding the Reservation 2 in its entirety within the territory of the Republic of Poland ceases to be Softnet Group sp. z o.o. and becomes P4 sp. z o.o. with its seat in Warsaw. The Reservation 2 was issued for a period ending on December 29, 2019, and includes standard terms of use. Frequencies covered by the Reservation 2 will be used in the fixed or mobile radiocommunication service. The effort will be expended to make available the spectrum volume in the order to (i) maximise available volume and utility for MBB using 4G technology; and to (ii) maximise the future spectrum capacity for 5G technology. Additionally any re-farming for these bands should ensure protection for the existing frequency portfolio. The Company is pleased to add this spectrum to already strong spectrum portfolio. |
