| Zarząd Spółki ManyDev Studio SE z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), niniejszym przekazuje terminy publikacji raportów okresowych w 2025 roku. Raport roczny za rok 2024 Emitent opublikuje w dniu 29.04.2025 r. (wtorek). Raporty kwartalne publikowane będą przez Spółkę w roku 2025 w następujących datach: Jednostkowy raport za I kwartał 2025 r. w dniu 29.05.2025 r. (czwartek). Jednostkowy raport za III kwartał 2025 r. w dniu 28.11.2025 r. (piątek). Raport półroczny za pierwsze półrocze 2025 r. zostanie opublikowany przez Spółkę w dniu 29.09.2025 r. (poniedziałek). Emitent informuje, że na podstawie § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych nie będzie publikował raportu kwartalnego za IV kwartał roku 2024 oraz za II kwartał roku 2025. Jednocześnie Zarząd Spółki informuję, iż ewentualne zmiany dat przekazywania raportów okresowych będą podane do wiadomości w formie raportu bieżącego. | Subject: Schedule of publication of periodic reports in 2025. Legal basis: Article 56 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: "Company", "Issuer"), hereby announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2025. The Issuer will publish the annual report for 2024 on April 29th, 2025 (Tuesday). Quarterly reports will be published by the Company in 2025 on the following dates: Standalone report for the first quarter of 2025 on May 29th, 2025 (Thursday). Standalone report for the third quarter of 2025 on November 28th, 2025 (Friday). The semi-annual report for the first half of 2025 will be published by the Company on September 29th, 2025 (Monday). The Issuer informs that pursuant to § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information, it will not publish a quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2024 and for the second quarter of 2025. At the same time, the Management Board of the Company informs that any changes to the dates of submission of periodic reports will be announced in the form of a current report.
