| Zarząd Magellan S.A. informuje, iż Rada Nadzorcza Spółki na posiedzeniu w dniu 3 października 2017 roku powołała Pana Michele Antognoli na stanowisko Członka Zarządu Magellan S.A. Jednocześnie Rada Nadzorcza powierzyła Panu Rafałowi Karnowskiemu funkcję Wiceprezesa Zarządu. Od dnia 3 października 2017 roku w skład Zarządu Magellan S.A. wchodzą następujące osoby: - Krzysztof Kawalec – Prezes Zarządu, - Rafał Karnowski – Wiceprezes Zarządu, - Urban Kielichowski – Członek Zarządu, - Radosław Moks – Członek Zarządu, - Michele Antognoli – Członek Zarządu. Spółka przekazuje w załączeniu informacje o kwalifikacjach i przebiegu pracy zawodowej osoby powołanej do Zarządu. Pan Michele Antognoli nie prowadzi działalności konkurencyjnej wobec Magellan S.A., nie jest wspólnikiem konkurencyjnej w stosunku do Magellan S.A. spółki cywilnej lub spółki osobowej, ani członkiem organu spółki kapitałowej lub jakiejkolwiek innej konkurencyjnej osoby prawnej. Nie jest wpisany w Rejestrze Dłużników Niewypłacalnych, prowadzonym na podstawie ustawy o KRS. |

| Changes in the Management Board of Magellan S.A. Magellan S.A. Management Board hereby informs that the Company’s Supervisory Board on 3rd October 2017 appointed Mr. Michele Antognoli as a Member of Magellan S.A. Management Board. Supervisory Board appointed also Mr. Rafał Karnowski for the function of Vice-President of Magellan S.A. Management Board. From 3 October 2017 the Management Board of Magellan S.A. consists of: - Krzysztof Kawalec – President of the Management Board, - Rafał Karnowski – Vice-President of the Management Board, - Urban Kielichowski – Member of the Management Board, - Radosław Moks – Member of the Management Board, - Michele Antognoli – Member of the Management Board. The Company encloses the CV of new member of the Management Board. Mr Michele Antognoli doesn’t conduct any business competitive to the business of Magellan S.A., doesn’t participate in any business competitive in respect of Magellan S.A. as a partner in a partnership and is not a member of a governing body of a company or legal person competing with Magellan S.A. He is not registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors. Michele Antognoli is a Senior Executive of BFF Banking Group and is responsible of Group Organization, ICT, HR Department with responsibilities also on Strategy and Business Development. Mr. Antognoli has joined BFF Banking Group in 2015 with previous experiences in the financial service industry in Zurich Insurance and in the strategic management consultancy company named Bain & Company where he has advised banks and financial services institutions in Italy, Europe and Middle East. Mr. Antognoli hold a PhD in Banking and Finance from the University of Pisa and he is a certified public accountant and auditor under the Italian Law. |
