| Zarząd Magellan S.A. informuje, że w dniu 31 październik 2017 roku nastąpiło uruchomienie środków z dwóch limitów kredytowych przyznanych Spółce na podstawie umowy Multiborrower Credit Agreement zawartej pomiędzy Banca Farmafactoring S.p.A. a Bayerische Landsbank z dnia 30 października 2017 roku: - Kredyt nieodnawialny w wysokości 200.000 tys. PLN, - Kredyt w rachunku bieżącym 60.000 tys. PLN. Uruchomione limity kredytowe dostępne są w okresie 18 miesięcy od dnia podpisania umowy. Limity kredytowe przeznaczone są na finansowanie bieżącej działalności Spółki, a ich oprocentowanie oparte jest o stopę bazową WIBOR 3M/1M powiększoną o marżę Banku. Szczegółowe warunki umów nie odbiegają od standardów rynkowych stosowanych w podobnych umowach kredytowych. |

| Credit limits launch Magellan S.A. Management Board hereby informs that on 31 October 2017 two credit limits granted to the Company according to Multiborrower Credit Agreement signed between Banca Farmafactoring S.p.A. and Bayerische Landsbank on 30 October 2017 were launched:- the non-renovable credit facility for the amount of PLN 200,000 thousand,- the overdraft facility for the amount of PLN 60,000 thousand. The launched credit limits are available during 18 months from the Agreement date. The credit limits are aimed at financing of current operations of Magellan S.A. and their interest rate was calculated based on 3M/1M WIBOR + the bank’s margin. Other conditions of the agreements do not differ from the market standards used in this type of contracts. |
