| Zarząd i2 Development S.A. („Spółka”, „Emitent”) informuje, iż w dniu 02.09.2021 r.: - otrzymał od podmiotu blisko związanego z osobą pełniącą obowiązki zarządcze tj. z Członkiem Rady Nadzorczej Andrzejem Kowalskim powiadomienie o transakcji w trybie art. 19 ust. 1 MAR. Zgodnie z treścią powiadomień Galtoco Investments Limited z/s w Nikozji poinformował o nabyciu poza obrotem zorganizowanym w dniu 30 sierpnia 2021 r. 159 675 akcji Emitenta po cenie 11,25 zł oraz o nabyciu poza obrotem zorganizowanym w dniu 31 sierpnia 2021 r. 16 790 akcji Emitenta po cenie 11,00 zł. - otrzymał od podmiotu blisko związanego z osobą pełniącą obowiązki zarządcze tj. z Prezesem Zarządu Marcinem Misztalem powiadomienie o transakcji w trybie art. 19 ust. 1 MAR. Zgodnie z treścią powiadomienia Acico Investments Limited z/s w Nikozji poinformował o nabyciu poza obrotem zorganizowanym w dniu 30 sierpnia 2021 r. 159 676 akcji Emitenta po cenie 11,25 zł oraz o nabyciu poza obrotem zorganizowanym w dniu 31 sierpnia 2021 r. 16 790 akcji Emitenta po cenie 11,00 zł.
