| Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (Ljubljanska borza d.d., Ljubljana) and the relevant legislation, the company Gorenje d.d., Velenje, hereby makes the following announcement: Gorenje d.d. hereby informs the interested public that it submitted an application for listing of 11,534 denominations of commercial paper with the symbol GRV06, with total face value of EUR 11,534,000, maturing on December 21, 2018, and issued on February 1, 2018, with the central register of dematerialized securities of the KDD d.d. (Central Securities Clearing Corporation), for trading on the regulated market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (Ljubljanska borza d.d.), Ljubljana. The commercial paper with the symbol GRV06 will be traded on the regulated market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (Ljubljanska borza d.d.), Ljubljana, following the listing thereof for trading. The Ljubljana Stock Exchange (Ljubljanska borza d.d.) will issue the information in this respect in its SEOnet information dissemination system.
