| Zarząd spółki Frozen Way S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie (dalej: Emitent) w nawiązaniu do raportu ESPI nr 24/2024 z dnia 2 października 2024 r. niniejszym informuje, że Emitent zmienił termin premiery gry „Honeycomb: The World Beyond” (dalej: Gra) na komputery osobiste oraz konsole PlayStation 5 i Xbox Series z czerwca 2025 r. na drugą połowę 2025 r. O dokładnej dacie premiery Gry zadecyduje Snail Games USA Inc. z siedzibą w Culver City w Stanach Zjednoczonych (dalej: Wydawca). Decyzja o przesunięciu terminu premiery Gry została podyktowana dążeniem Emitenta do spełnienia wysokich oczekiwań Wydawcy co do Gry. Wydłużenie okresu produkcji pozwoli na ulepszenie Gry oraz dostosowanie jej do oczekiwań Wydawcy w zakresie standardów jakościowych i grywalności. Zarząd Emitenta zdecydował o publikacji powyższej informacji z uwagi na fakt, iż może mieć ona istotny wpływ na kształtowanie się sytuacji finansowej i majątkowej Emitenta oraz potencjalnie istotny wpływ na wycenę instrumentów finansowych Emitenta notowanych w alternatywnym systemie obrotu. |

| Current report no. 4/2025Date of preparation: 2025-05-15Subject: Change of the release date of the game "Honeycomb: The World Beyond"Legal basis: Art. 17 item 1 of the Market Abuse Regulation - inside information Contents: The Management Board of Frozen Way S.A. with its registered office in Cracow (hereinafter: the Issuer) with reference to the current report no. 24/2024 dated October 2, 2024 hereby informs that the Issuer has changed the release date of the game “Honeycomb: The World Beyond” (hereinafter: the Game) for personal computers and consoles PlayStation 5 & Xbox Series from June 2025 to the second half of 2025. The exact release date of the Game will be decided by Snail Games USA Inc. with its registered office in Culver City, United States (hereinafter: the Publisher). The decision to postpone the Game's release date was dictated by the Issuer's desire to meet the Publisher's high expectations regarding the Game. Extending the production period will allow for the Game to be improved and adapted to the Publisher's expectations in terms of quality standards and playability. The Issuer's Management Board decided to publish the above information because it may have a significant impact on the financial and material situation of the Issuer and a potentially significant impact on the valuation of the Issuer's financial instruments listed in the alternative trading system.
