(the “Company”) informs its dear Investors about the following: The Company and its Romanian affiliate, E-Star Energy Generation SRL, as sellers, have entered into a pre-agreement for the purchase of a HUF 1.2 million (1m Euro + 200e Euro) plot of land in Zilah, previously impaired by the auditor. The Company draws the attention of the esteemed Investors to the fact that the transaction has not been closed yet, the parties have not yet concluded the final sales contract, the condition of which is the deletion of the debts encumbering the plot from the real estate register. |
