| The Management Board of City Service SE with its registered office in Tallinn (hereinafter referred to as: the “Company”) hereby announces that on 24th February 2022 the Company received notifications, prepared pursuant to the Article 69 of the Act of July 29th, 2005 on public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to the organized trading system and on public companies (Journal of Laws 2005 No. 184 item 1539). The shareholding has changed as a result of Lag&d reorganization. All rights, assets and responsibilities of Lag&d were divided between 3 companies while 26,813,293 units of shares in City Service SE were transferred to UAB “Unit Invest” pursuant to the reorganization executed on 09th of February 2022 (hereinafter referred to as: the “Transaction”). After the process of reorganization Lag&d ceased operations and was deleted from business registry on 15th of February 2022. The copies of relevant notifications are attached to this report. |
