| Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), informuje, że w dniu 8 września 2021 Emitent dokonał szacunkowego ustalenia wstępnych wyników finansowych Spółki za sierpień 2021 roku. Przychody ze sprzedaży za sierpień 2021 roku spodziewane są na poziomie 2,15 mln PLN. Wynik netto za sierpień 2021 roku spodziewany jest na poziomie 0,05 mln PLN. Stan środków pieniężnych na rachunkach bankowych Spółki wynosi 2,5 mln PLN. Narastająco za pierwsze osiem miesięcy 2021 roku Emitent spodziewa się następujących wyników: przychody ze sprzedaży na poziomie 14,17 mln PLN, wynik brutto na poziomie -1,86 mln PLN, EBITDA na poziomie 2,28 mln PLN, wynik netto na poziomie -1,86 mln PLN. Zarząd informuje, że niniejszy raport zawiera dane wstępne, które mogą różnić się od danych ostatecznych. Ostateczna informacja o wyniku oraz przychodach ze sprzedaży uwzględniająca dane za wskazany okres zostanie zamieszczona w raporcie za III kwartał 2021, które zostaną opublikowane zgodnie z harmonogramem przedstawionym przez Emitenta w raporcie bieżącym nr 2/2021. |

(hereinafter referred to as: the "Company", "Issuer"), informs that on August 8th, 2021, the Issuer made an estimated determination of the Company's preliminary financial results for August 2021.</font></span> </b> </p> <p dir="ltr" align="justify" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt"> <b charset="utf-8" id="docs-internal-guid-ff2006e3-7fff-009e-57d8-c56b09a7ba10"><span style="font-variant: normal; white-space: pre-wrap"><font size="10pt" face="Lato,sans-serif" color="#1f497d">Sales revenue for August 2021 is expected at PLN 2,15 million. The net profit for August 2021 is expected at the level of PLN 0,05 million.
