Wstępne szacunkowe skonsolidowane wyniki finansowe Grupy Kapitałowej PCF Group S.A. za I półrocze 2022 r.: Przychody ze sprzedaży: 90,6 mln zł EBITDA: 29,0 mln zł Zysk netto: 25,5 mln zł Wyżej zaprezentowane dane mają charakter szacunkowy i podlegają przeglądowi przez biegłego rewidenta. Ostateczne wyniki finansowe Spółki i Grupy Kapitałowej PCF Group S.A. zostaną przekazane w skonsolidowanym raporcie półrocznym za okres 6 miesięcy zakończony 30 czerwca 2022 roku, który zgodnie z raportem bieżącym nr 20/2022 zostanie opublikowany w dniu 29 września 2022 r. |

(the “Company”, the “Issuer”) informs that it has made a decision to publish the preliminary estimates of the consolidated financial results of the PCF Group S.A. Capital Group for the first half of 2022. the preliminary estimates of the consolidated financial results of the PCF Group S.A. Capital Group for the first half of 2022: Sales revenue: PLN 90.6 million EBITDA: PLN 29.0 million Net profit: PLN 25.5 million The data presented above are estimates and are reviewed by a certified auditor. Final financial results of the Company and the PCF Group S.A. Capital Group will be published in the consolidated semi-annual report for the 6-month period ended on 30 June 2022, which, according to the current report No. 20/2022, will be published on 29 September 2022. |
