Sofia, Bulgaria, June 19, 2026 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on June 18, 2026 the Company sold 1 937 049 (one million nine hundred and thirty-seven thousand and forty-nine) treasury shares representing 0.36% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 3 713 225.06 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.92.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 879 441 representing 0.16% of the share capital of the Company.
