The Board Directors of Milestone Medical Inc. (“the Company”, “the Issuer”) informs that on September 23, 2022 the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders adopted the resolution on the approval and ratification of Friedman LLP as an entity authorised to audit consolidated financial statements of the Company for the fiscal year 2022. Friedman LLP was approved and recommended as independent auditor by the Audit Committee of the Board.
