| The Board of Directors (“The Board") of KSG Agro S.A (“The Company") hereby informs that the winter rape-seed sowing campaign is finished according to the plans on the total area of 15 356 ha. There are sprouts received on all the sowed areas because of the satisfying level of moisture. The Company reminds that this year’s yields of the winter rape-seed exceeded 2011 figures almost on 50%. The Company also has started winter wheat sowing campaign according to its plan. Legal grounds: Article 5 (2) of the Luxembourg law of 11 January 2008 relating to the transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market and Article 56 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organized trading systems and on public companies. |
