The media previously speculated that the price for Cefarm might reach zł.100 million, but "I believe that real valuation is rather distant from a three digit amount," said Aleksander Chomiakow, deputy president of Farmacol. He confirmed that his firm will submit a bid, but it will not offer any price for Cefarm, as it is known for its cautious investment strategy.
Parkiet did not manage to find out whether three other companies, which carried out due diligence will submit their offers.
