New management board member of City Service SE The Supervisory Board of City Service SE (hereinafter - the Company) elected Dalius Šimaitis as a new Management Board member. New Management Board Member will start its position as of 1st of February 2019 and will be responsible for technical operations and supply chain management, standardization policy within the Group in all jurisdictions. From 1st of February 2019 the Company’s Management Board consists of 7 (seven) members (Artūras Gudelis, Vytautas Turonis, Tomas Kleiva, Edvinas Paulauskas, Algė Jablonskienė, Ignas Krasauskas and Dalius Šimaitis).
