| Rada Dyrektorów Allegro.eu ("Spółka") niniejszym informuje, że: Z dniem 12 października 2020 r. następujące osoby zrezygnowały z członkostwa w Radzie Dyrektorów Spółki: 1) Danielle Arendt-Michels; 2) Gautier Laurent; 3) Séverine Michel; 4) Cédric Pedoni; oraz 5) Gilles Willy Duroy. Dnia 12 października 2020 r. została rozwiązana Rada Nadzorcza spółki zależnej od Spółki, Allegro.pl sp. z o.o., w związku z czym wszyscy jej członkowie przestali pełnić swoją funkcję. | 12 October 2020 Current report No. 7/2020 Title: Changes in the governing bodies of Allegro.eu and its subsidiaries The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby informs that: As of 12 October 2020, the following persons resigned from the Company's Board of Directors: 1) Danielle Arendt-Michels; 2) Gautier Laurent; 3) Séverine Michel; 4) Cédric Pedoni; and 5) Gilles Willy Duroy. On 12 October 2020 the Supervisory Board in the Company's subsidiary, Allegro.pl sp. z o.o. was dissolved, therefore all Members thereof ceased to perform their functions.
